Road Hazard Warranty Policy
OK Tire’s road hazard policy is a limited warranty plan that covers all qualifying passenger and light truck tires purchased at any participating OK Tire Store. This plan is automatically extended to these products at no additional expense to you, our customers which allows you to purchase quality tires from OK Tire with confidence in our willingness to stand behind our products.
This limited warranty policy will cover any included tire purchased at OK Tire that is deemed not useable or not repairable by OK Tire. Also, the tire must have more than 2/32 inch of useable tread and be within the mileage warranty of the tire. This policy is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the tires. The following tires are excluded from this policy: any ultra-high performance speed rated tires above H, any tire with less than a 50 series profile and any tire with run flat technology.
Any tire that qualifies under this policy will be replaced with an equivalent new tire. If the tire is discontinued or not available, OK Tire will replace the tire with one of equal value at OK Tire’s discretion. This tire will be prorated based upon the Percentage of usable tread remaining on the damaged tire times the current value of the replacement tire. Additional services such as but not limited to: mount and balance, TPMS replacement and shop supplies are not covered under this policy. Additionally, if more than one tire needs to be replaced because of size differences or other reasons not covered by this policy, they will be at the owner’s expense. An example of this is with four wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle. The tread of the replacement tire must be within 2/32-5/32 inch variance of the remaining tires depending on the vehicle model or all tires need to be replaced.
This policy is void under the following conditions:
The tire has been used for commercial purposes.
The tire has been run while flat or under-inflated.
Abuse of the tire including but not limited to: Overloading, vehicle misalignment, tire Chain damage, misuse, tire spinning or chemical contamination.
Damage cause by vandalism, or vehicle collision.
This policy is good only at the following participating OK Tire Stores: Fargo on Main Avenue, Bismarck on Missouri Avenue, and Carrington on 8th Street North. All work must be completed at a participating OK Tire Store.
